The CHALDEAN DIRECTORY© History
It all started in the early fifties, when Louis J. Stephen, along with the support of many Chaldean
friends of the community, and the blessing of the late Reverend father (Bishop) Toma Reis,
the first CHALDEAN DIRECTORY© was born.

As the Community grew and after several editions, Nabby Yono joined the company as co-publisher.
Now, they are embarking on the 20th Edition of the directory, which will be the largest, most concise,
and updated listing of the Chaldeans throughout the world. This publication is produced with the full
cooperation and blessing of the Chaldean Archdiocese, under the leadership of His Excellency
Bishop Ibrahim N. Ibrahim and His Excellency Bishop Sarhad Y. Jammo.

We would also like to thank the Chaldean Clergy and the Chaldean Sisters for their cooperation and
support. May God bless those who are not with us and strengthen all those that are servicing and
caring for our community in their spiritual work to keep this great Chaldean community as ONE.
